Somewhere Over the Rainbow...

So yesterday after dinner, Syd insisted on going outside. We opened the door to show her that is was raining and very cold outside. On seeing the weather, she promptly went and retrieved her shoes, mommy's shoes, daddy's shoes, and her jacket. We ending up jumping in puddles, getting wet, and seeing an amazing rainbow! There is one really great thing about kids...you get to appreciate the little things in life! For a few minutes yesterday evening, our family enjoyed a rain storm and a rainbow. Guess it's like they say...There is no place like home!
