Lunch With Cousins

My cousin Woody returned from his mission in Greece this weekend, so we all got together for lunch. Grandma Palmer, Aunt Deb, Aunt Kelly, Kortni and Justin (my cousins residing in Eire, PA), Maxton and Zane their sons, Cousin Ashlee, Cousin Woody, Luke and Syd and I. This was the first time Syd has seen Maxton and Zane and they had a good time getting to know each other. We also took a picture of Grandma Palmer with her three great-grandchildren! Family Rocks!

Three Year Anniversary

Today is our three year anniversary. Unfortunately, we are spending it away from each other. Jeff is in Boston this week interviewing for law internships for next summer. Despite that, we are very happy and look forward to the years ahead! I feel super blessed to have found such an amazing man to share my life with! We have had a wonderful marriage and continue to grow as friends! After three years, we have lived in two places, visited several states and another country, graduated from USU, started law school. completed one year of teaching, had a cute little baby, and we have loved every minute! Happy Anniversary Honey! I LOVE YOU!

Some of Syd's Firsts

Sydney is experiencing a lot of new things these days and we have loads of fun watching her reactions! She has been eating cereal for a few weeks and began her vegetables this week. She really enjoys the new flavors that we are introducing to her. She also got her first swimming adventure. Nothing huge, just a little pool in the backyard. She was scared at first, but then did well. She also likes to play the piano with Grandma. She is quite the instrumentalist! We love her so much!

Syd is 6 Months

We just got back from Syd's 6 month check up and she is doing great! She is 20 pounds and 9 ounces. She is 29 inches long, which puts her the 100th percentaile for both height and weight. She has the go ahead to eat solid foods, so watch for an upcoming video of Syd and her first crack at rice cereal! Her newest thing is sticking her tongue out like a lizard. I promise to get some more pics up soon. We have finally returned to some sense of normalcy since Jeff returned from Africa, so I will start putting up more pictures! We are doing great and enjoying our time together before Jeff goes back to school!
