My First Attempt at Turkey
So we received a 16 pound turkey as a thank you from a friend, I know they are crazy, anyway, so I made some emergency calls to get some advice and in the end I think it turned out absolutely awesome! It tasted delicious! We had our friend Monica and her daughter Kaydince over to enjoy it with us! It was like our own little post Thanksgiving dinner!

YUM! I've only done turkey breasts, never a whole one but I LOVE doing them--they are so tasty and you can get so many meals from them. It's awesome!
